| Why I RideJustin's commitment to Sho-Air is two fold. Not only is he racing on the mountain bike team, but he has also been an integral part of the company for 11 years. "I was born to do work, Son! Unfortunately for me, though, work seems to win the battle over cycling when it comes to prioritizing time." Justin, however, is able to get out on the trails two or three times a week. Justin believes that communication is what makes a good team. "Sometimes being lucky is just as important as being good and I'm so lucky to be a part of this incredible group of talented and good-hearted people."
